Orders may be placed on our website with a credit card.  Orders will be shipped FedEx Ground unless you call to request expedited shipping by phone. Guaranteed two-day, overnight, and Saturday delivery are available.

Shipping Damage

Every effort is made to pack your goods to prevent damage during shipping; however, if damage does occur, you must notify RSTC Enterprises within five days of receipt of package. We will file a shipping claim and work with you to resolve the issue. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please note damage at time of delivery.

Product Warranty

RSTC Enterprises, Incorporated warrants for one year to the original owner that our products are free from defects in materials and craftsmanship.

What is Not Covered

This warranty covers only defects in materials and workmanship. RSTC Enterprises, Inc. does not cover equipment damage or malfunction due to misuse, abuse or accident. Installation not in accordance with our written instruction will not be covered. RSTC Enterprises will not be liable for any replacement or incidental costs or consequential damages resulting from incorrect use of the product.


Under this warranty, RSTC will exchange or replace the defective part.
